Terms and Conditions

At Suntrip Lembongan, we aim to provide every guest with an unforgettable island experience—whether you're joining a snorkeling tour, day trip, or booking a fast boat to Nusa Penida. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all guests, we’ve outlined our policies clearly below.

By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings must be made via our official website, WhatsApp, or through authorized agents.

• Full payment or a minimum deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message or email from Suntrip Lembongan.

2. Payment Policy

• We accept payments via bank transfer, cash on arrival (in certain cases), and other payment methods as informed during booking.

• All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Any additional bank charges or international transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip: 10% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations made 7 days before the trip: 25% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip: 100% cancellation fee applies.

• No-show or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure.

• Last-minute reschedule requests may not be accommodated during peak season or high demand days.

5. Weather and Safety

• All activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. If the trip must be canceled due to unsafe conditions, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

• We prioritize your safety. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

• Life jackets and snorkeling equipment are provided for safety during water-based activities.

6. Snorkeling with Manta Rays Disclaimer

• While we strive to bring you the best experience, sightings of manta rays and other marine life are not guaranteed, as they are wild animals and sightings depend on nature.

7. Health and Responsibility

• Participants must inform us of any health conditions, physical limitations, or pregnancy prior to the trip.

• Guests are responsible for their own health insurance and personal belongings during the tour.

• Suntrip Lembongan is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising during the activities.

8. Children Policy

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Minimum age for snorkeling is 5 years, depending on the child's comfort and swimming ability.

9. Private Trip Terms

• For private snorkeling trips, minimum participant requirements apply.

• Customization of snorkeling spots or itinerary may be available upon request and subject to time and weather conditions.

10. Changes by Suntrip Lembongan

• We reserve the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or service due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

• In such cases, we will offer alternative options or full refund.
