Note:

• We cannot guarantee to see manta rays when snorkeling at Manta Bay or Manta Point as it depends on the manta ray season. If our guests cannot see manta rays, we will take them to three more snorkeling spots to see turtles, stunning coral, lots of fishes, and on a lucky day, dolphins.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients' needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.
